Bibione beach stretches out over 8 km of coastline. It starts at Lido dei Pini lighthouse in the East and runs through the Bibione Spiaggia and Bibione Lido del Sole areas, reaching as far as Bibione Pineda and the large Porto Baseleghe marina.
The beach is very wide and the sand is extremely fine. It slopes down gently into the sea and there are numerous services for adults and children, catering to the needs of both those who want to relax and those who want to be constantly entertained.
The stunning beach is a big attraction for the many tourists who choose to spend their holidays in Bibione every year. In addition, the resort has a vast selection of outdoor sports to offer, along with numerous associated initiatives such as fitness events and tennis, beach volleyball and beach tennis tournaments.
As well as some outstanding stores for shopping lovers, in the town centre there are some exceptional restaurants, pizzerias and ice cream parlours where you can savour traditional local dishes and Italian culinary specialities. In the squares and bars, every evening you can watch singers and musicians performing and take part in the long series of events that are spread out across the summer season. Children will love the fairground and the amusement arcades, while older teenagers and adults can dance and have fun until late at night thanks to the superb selection of pubs and clubs.
Bibione goes to great lengths to protect and preserve the natural environment all around it: there are numerous green areas, pine woods and conservation areas where significant species of plants and animals live. It’s no surprise that Bibione was the first tourist resort in Europe to register with the European Eco-Management and Audit Scheme (EMAS).
