Porto Santa Margherita is a small resort with a beach stretching out over approximately 2 km of coastline. Walkways run through the middle of the sand and the small size of the beach makes it very popular among families with children.
The names of the bathing establishments are as follows: Bagni Margherita, Bagni Gaia, Prima Baia, Alga Marina and Terrazza Mare. Visitors can rent spots on the beach with umbrellas and sun loungers. There are also activities to keep kids entertained on the sand.
Dogs are allowed on some areas of the beach, so there is no need to leave your four-legged friend behind when you are on holiday.
