For instance, you could take a stroll through the narrow, colourful streets in the historic centre, which is packed with Instagrammable places. In the town square, you’ll find the totally unique religious architecture of the Cathedral of Santo Stefano. Proceed along the seafront and you’ll come to one of the most eclectic sites in the town: the Living Rocks. It’s like an open-air museum, where artists from all over the world have carved highly distinctive creations out of the rocks.

With that in mind, our hotel provides a bike rental service so you can set off for an adventure and explore the many routes around the resort. Our favourite goes through the Caorle lagoon and along the Casoni Trail, taking you to the famous Isola dei Pescatori (“Fishermen’s Island”). On the way, you’ll get a chance to take a look at “casoni”: traditional homes made of reeds and wood where local fishermen and farmers once lived.
